How We Operate:

Meetings And Presentations

All members and guests will have an opportunity to introduce themselves, tell a little about their business and describe an ideal lead for them.

During each meeting one member of the group will speak for up to 15 minutes about their business.  A sign-up sheet will be provided with available dates.

Another member of the group will give a shorter 5 minute presentation, before the main presentation, about their business every time the group meets.

Many of us network within other groups and have an extensive amount of experience to share with others.  During each meeting time is set aside to discuss new networking opportunities or information that will benefit the entire group.

Typical Meeting Agenda:

  • Lunch/Networking 30 min.

  • Introductions 15 min.

  • Educational Component 10 min.

  • Presentations 20 min.

  • Leads Success Stories 5 min.

  • Leads Sharing Session 15 min.

  • Meeting Adjourns 90 mins total.

Attendance
Members are encouraged to participate regularly in order to receive maximum benefit.  If a member is unable to make a meeting a representative from their company may take their place.

Leads and Guests
Members are encouraged to bring at least 1 lead or guest per meeting. This is how we help each other.  Prizes and incentives may be given monthly and/or quarterly to the member of the group that provides the most leads and brings in the most new members.

Membership and Dues
Annual Dues are $75.
Individuals will be allowed to attend two meetings without being asked for a commitment to join the group.  After the second meeting the guest will be asked to make a commitment to join the group.

Dealing With Competition
Only one company in a specific industry is allowed into each group.  If there is a conflict with two companies from the same industry who are considering joining a group, the first company that pays the annual dues will be allowed into that group.  If a guest is brought to the meeting who may represent a certain industry that may overlap with another member of the group but not be in direct competition, it will be up to that member of the group to determine if they are uncomfortable with the guest joining the group.
